458 Court Street is the second location for Brooklyn Bridge Realty, one of brownstone Brooklyn’s longest-lived independent real estate offices. It will be staffed primarily by Carroll Garden’s native, Susan DeMarco, whose family has lived in the neighborhood for five generations. Susan brings a strong knowledge of real estate, as well as renovation and construction experience, to each transaction. Her associate, Tony DiSalvio, is a specialist in residential and commercial properties in the tri-state area.
“We’re really excited for the opportunity to add such a strong Carroll Gardens presence to our established office in Cobble Hill,” noted company president J. Jean Austin. “Carroll Gardens offers so much – wonderful historic properties, exciting new construction, great restaurants, and a real old neighborhood feel. It’s no surprise that it’s become such a desirable destination, and we’re proud to call it home.”
We will offer the full range of multiple listings in the city via the Real Estate Board of New York. The goal, says Susan DeMarco, is to make it a friendly office where people can drop by, sip a cup of coffee and explore options for buying, selling or renting. “We’re a small, independent company. We work closely with customers and treat them like people, not numbers. That’s what makes us different, and that’s what this neighborhood has always been about.”
